Being the ‘only one’ (black woman) in the room led me to confront imposter syndrome, become an overachiever and ultimately experience burnout as a result of biased environments. After years of success, paired with underlying frustration, I became dedicated to changing this narrative not only for myself but for other diverse professionals who encounter challenge after challenge throughout their career journeys.
At TCC, we strive to create spaces where people can be honestly and uniquely themselves with the confidence to advocate for what they need in their work, home and communities.
